Our Story
hz689's journey toward earning the trust of countless players across Bangladesh
hz689 is an online gaming platform built with Bangladesh's players in mind. We have one goal — to let people from every corner of the country enjoy their favourite games with peace of mind, in a safe and enjoyable way. From slot games to live casino, cricket betting to fishing games — hz689 has something for every kind of player.
"We believe a great gaming experience is not just about winning or losing — it should be safe, transparent, and entirely enjoyable."
Our platform is secured by SSL encryption technology, which keeps your personal information and financial transactions safe at all times. Every game on hz689 is run according to fair play principles, so whenever you play, you can be confident the environment is completely fair. We never treat any player with dishonesty.
To ensure accessible payment options for people in Bangladesh, hz689 supports only local mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. You can start with a minimum deposit of ৳300, and withdrawals typically reach you within just 1 hour. This simple and fast payment system has made hz689 very popular among players in Bangladesh.
Our customer support team is by your side 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Assistance is available in both Bengali and English via live chat and email. Whether you run into a problem, have a question, or want to know something about a game — our support team is always ready.
hz689's VIP programme is designed specifically for those who play regularly and stay loyal to the platform. There are five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, with the opportunity to earn weekly cashback. The more you play, the higher the tier you can reach — and the greater the rewards. It is our way of showing gratitude to our loyal players.
We firmly believe in responsible gaming. hz689 is a platform operated exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. Our goal is to create a gaming environment that is entertaining and enjoyable, with no risk of addiction or harm. Playing responsibly is a duty we all share.
